About Me
As an IFBB PRO, I know the dedication it takes to reach a goal. I have competed in the NPC and IFBB leagues since 2013 however I have been an athlete all my life. Although I earned my pro card in Figure, I placed top 5 on the Pro stage in Figure, Physique and Bodybuilding.
I have my own private studio in my home, or I will pose you at Powerhouse Gym in Bethlehem, PA, where I am the Head resident posing coach. In addition, I conduct virtual sessions via zoom, skype or Facetime. Posing is one of the most critical and important components of competing. Showcasing the physique is crucial to placing on stage. Having a professional posing coach is every bit as important as having a prep coach. I work with and share the stage with Olympians.
As a posing coach my worlds of bodybuilding and teaching unite. I have been in education all my life as a teacher and school administrator. I am very aware of the different learning styles, physiques, and goals of each of my clients. My years of experience competing lends itself to being able to answer many questions my clients have about competing in general.
My clients are encouraged to send me photos or videos each week for me to critique. I also try to attend my clients’ competitions where I assist them backstage with their routines and posing before hitting the stage. I look forward to meeting and working with all my new and present clients. The greatest satisfaction is watching them take home their hardware.
